About Us:

Challenge Equals Change is an accountability challenge designed for anyone that desires to lose weight but facing the challenges of staying consistent and accountable to reach their desired goals.


C.E.C is a healthy competition set up to pull the best out of everyone. The objective is to uplift & encourage each other while developing a mindset for long term success & a complete transformation. We believe the best way reach a goal is accountability. What better way than to set a reasonable goal with a deadline & surround yourself with individuals that genuinely want to see you win? Bonus – Bet on yourself and earn CASH!

 

C.E.C participants have lost thousands of pounds together, but the most important piece is consistency, accountability, restoration & healing.

The key is to find a healthy option that works best for your body & be consistent. You’ll will gain access to shared work-out routines for the gym, healthy meal and snack ideas, but mostly, you'll learn how to prioritize, manage and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

***Challengers can lose the weight however they choose however we highly encourage you to consult with your physician/dietician prior to joining the challenge & take a healthy approach towards your weight loss goals***

How does it work?

  1. Compete to lose the highest % of your body weight in 60 days.

  2. There will be 2 top winners splitting the cash prize.

  3.  Each member submits 3 video weigh-ins throughout the challenge.

  4.  The next weigh-in will be September 12, 2021, then October 10, 2021, &  the final weigh-in on November 7, 2021

Thank you for reaching out to me allowing me to join your challenge group. Last weigh in (up) was like a moment for me of will you let being social side track you from your goals. I mean yeah we all fall off and we should enjoy life but food does not need to be the center. I tell you what when I weighed in today and was a few ounces under my final goal of 175 I could have cried!!! I know the hard work will be keeping it off and toning these legs but I say all this to say you never know who's life you have touched but please know you are a motivation and have truly touched mine. I have joined these challenges for a way to be held accountable with my personal weight loss goals. It has helped me find inspiration from others that are meeting their weight loss goals. I enjoy the community of people that have taken part in the challenge and this keeps me eager to continue trying to make my goals.

It has been a great journey, I’m so glad that I was able to complete this challenge. I'm not going to lie, I didn't think I was going to complete it at first because of the things I was going thru in my personal life and facing new challenges I wasn't ready. At first when NauBriana reached out to me I was hesitating to participate because I didn't know if I can commit to this challenge because am still grieving from my mom. I was reminded that I was finding an excuse to not try this challenge. Thank you ladies for keeping it real. This was a challenge for me and one thing is that I learned from all this was balance. Without balance in life...life is never going to balance. Anything starts from within and your mindset. Anything is possible and that's the truth. I enjoy and LOVE going to the gym it's a great stress reliever and it's a good place to go to free your mind with all of the shenanigans going on. I'm so proud of everyone in this challenge and whether we met our goal or not. We all completed a challenge as individuals. This was my first challenge experiences and I plan on going thru another one again!

Yes, it’s a competition - but we encourage everyone to share tips, recipes, & meal prep/snack ideas while we gear our focus towards daily prioritization & preparation.

I’m sure you’ve heard it before - fail to plan; plan to fail!

Anyone can put up cash but there is nothing like earning your own self-respect & simply doing what you set out to do. If we aren’t prepared for challenge we aren’t ready for change!

Getting Started

Start by:

1. Submit one image to NauBriana's Facebook Messenger

- Photo #1: The scale with today's weigh-in word written on a piece of paper

2. Submit a $30 fee ($25 entree fee + $5 service fee)

3. Upload your  personal weigh-in video to NauBriana (via message)
